China's smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi Corp opened its first bricks-and-mortar store—Mi Home—in Krakow, southern Poland, on March 24.

The opening of the first Xiaomi authorized reseller in the country excited local fans, as thousands began queuing up before it opened its doors.
