Zhongguancun releases policies supporting private economy
Zhai Lixin, director of the Zhongguancun Management Committee, summed up the press conference. He said that though having the same purpose, the two policies released today have different priorities. Measures can address urgent needs of enterprises, while Guidance focuses on their long-term development.
"Based on the principle of inclusiveness, marketization and effectiveness, we will build channels and platforms to bring practical benefits to SMEs as soon as possible," Zhai noted.

Game-changing technology will have a revolutionary impact on the development of the industry. It also possesses a huge market potential. And that’s why it is proposed to establish a review committee composed of top strategic scientists and form a non-consensus review mechanism.
Zhai Lixin also remarked that as a national independent innovation demonstration zone, Zhongguancun is meant to be a model for reform and a guide for innovation, and to create a sound environment for private technology companies.
