ForwardX launches 4th generation of mobile robots

ForwardX debuted its fourth generation of V-AMR (Vision Autonomous Mobile Robot) products on Aug 27 – namely the Max600 and Max200.

The tech company is hoping to attract investments from across the country after presenting its new robots.

As the flagship model of the fourth generation of mobile robots, the CE-certified Max600 has a maximum load of 600 kg can avoid low obstacles and enjoys a 99.9 percent failure-free operation rate.

Purchasers can pay for the robot over a two-year period and only need an hour of training to get started as an operator.

Max600 can be used to transport production line materials, tailings and finished products in the manufacturing industry, as well as seamlessly adapt to warehousing and transportation roles for the logistics industry.

"ForwardX officially announced the RaaS (Robot as a Service) model of Max200 today," said Qi Ou, founder and CEO of ForwardX Technology.

Apart from the increasingly stable performance and high ROI (Return on Investment) of Max200, ForwardX has also developed a business middle-office system and a delivery platform system, Qi added.

Tang Tao, a partner of Eastern Bell Capital, remarked that the technical capabilities of ForwardX’s V-AMR products strike a balance between technological investments and business returns.
