The unveiling ceremony for the Zhongguancun Enterprise Centralized Office Area in Xiong’an New Area was held on Nov 13 in the conference center of the Zhuorun Jianguo Hot Spring Hotel in Xiong'an county, Hebei province. The new office space is located in the hotel where the ceremonial unveiling took place.

With a total area of around 30,000 square meters, the office space currently accommodates 10 companies, including Xiong’an SDL Environmental Technology Co and Xiongan Oriental Yuhong Construction Technology Co.

Financial institutions such as the China Development Bank Xiong'an Branch, Agricultural Bank Xiong'an Branch and China Construction Bank Xiong'an Branch have issued financial support policies tailored to enterprises settled in the new office area.

Many companies and social organizations have signed strategic agreements with partners in Xiong'an county, including Beijing Dynamic Power Co, Creative Distribution Automation Co, Beijing Ckzone, ZGC Social Organization Federation, Beijing ZGC High-tech Enterprise Association and ZGC Industrial Technology Alliance Federation.

ZGC Enterprise Centralized Office Space in Xiongan New Area will provide office space and professional services for ZGC enterprises that have entered the new area. 

The upgrading of traditional industries will promote new technologies and products such as smart cities and green ecology to be integrated into the development of Xiongan New Area.

For its next step, ZGC will work with Xiong'an New Area to speed up the compilation of the "Development Plan for Zhongguancun Science Park in Xiong'an New Area" in line with the requirements of "world vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics and future-oriented goals."

ZGC will also speed up constructing the Zhongguancun Science Park Exhibition Center in Xiong'an New Area to bring together leading, representative and demonstrative advanced technological achievements.

At the meeting, the Entrepreneur Association of Xiong'an County introduced the specific technology and product needs of Xiong'an enterprises in terms of technological iteration and capacity upgrades. 

Five companies, including Creative Distribution Automation Co, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, Beijing Dynamic Power Co, Beijing Uinnova Technology Co and Beijing Tsingsky Technology Co, introduced ZGC Smart Energy, high-end printing, power equipment and new technologies and products in modern agriculture.

With the new starting point and a new mission, this event marked a new level of cooperation between ZGC and Xiong'an New Area. 

Both parties will plan and build the ZGC Science Park in Xiongan New Area, support the construction of the new area and join forces constructing the Beijing National Science and Technology Innovation Center.

The conference practiced the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party. It also implemented the cooperation agreement signed between Beijing, Hebei province and ZGC Xiong'an New Area. 

More specific measures for the deployment of Beijing's scientific and technological innovation resources in Xiong'an New Area are on the way.

Liu Hang, second-level inspector of ZGC Administrative Committee, and Wu Haijun, deputy director of the administrative committee of Xiongan New Area, were both in attendance at the meeting. Also, more than 100 people from ZGC Administrative Committee, Xiong'an New Area Administrative Committee, Xiongxian County Party Committee and County Government and business representatives from the two places attended the event.
