ZGC Miyun Park's FAI increases 1.4 fold

There were 28 projects under construction in Zhongguancun Miyun Park last year, with a total fixed asset investment of 1.82 billion yuan ($281.92 million), an increase of 1.4 times over the same period of the previous year.

10 newly-built and expanded projects, with FAI of 260 million yuan in 2020 

LIANDO U Valley Smart Technology Industrial Park settled in Zhongguancun Miyun Park in 2018. The construction of its A Zone started in April 2019, with a total building area of 33,800 square meters. By the end of 2020, the construction of the project was completed.

Jinmailang Beverage Co invested 60 million yuan to build a standard factory of 28,000 square meters to produce high-end vegetable protein beverages. 

Currently, the main project is completed, with interior and exterior decoration in progress. In addition, expansion and construction of companies like Amsino and Kangwei Tongchuang are also stepping up.

11 supporting facilities projects, with a total investment of 850 million yuan 

Miyun Park invested 80 million yuan to upgrade its heat pipe network in November, 2020. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of March, benefiting over 60 enterprises and more than 200 residents in the area.

The talent apartment renovation project has a total investment of 18 million yuan, a building area of more than 5,000 square meters and 125 single rooms, suites, and other areas that can provide accommodation for 250 high-end enterprise talents. 

There are also seven construction projects in the eastern part of Science City, with investment of 710 million yuan placed throughout the year. 

By the end of 2020, the earth system numerical simulation device project had completed interior and exterior decoration, and the equipment is now being installed and debugged. It is expected to start trial operations in June.

In addition, the main structures of the Pan-Third Pole Comprehensive Environmental Detection Platform, the Deep Resource Detection Technology and Equipment R&D Platform, the Environmental Pollutant Identification and Control Collaborative Innovation Platform, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Atmospheric Environment and Physical Chemistry Frontier Cross-Research Platform, are all completed.
