The Fengtai Innovation Center is located at the core of the third phase of the eastern part of Zhongguancun Fengtai Park. Focusing on the park's two characteristic industries, rail transit and aerospace, it aims to help the park become world-class with "smart+" industrial features. 

The construction area of the innovation center is 587,900 square meters, and was one of the first of ten application scene construction projects in Beijing. It consists of single industrial buildings, Lianli office buildings, sports centers, cultural centers and supporting businesses.

The Lianli office building is a model exhibition building of the Fengtai Innovation Center. It displays functions of multiple floors such as a shared lobby and standard flooring as well as well-lit and airy meeting rooms. 

The 10.2m high, 7000㎡ magnificent and noble shared lobby connects adjacent buildings. 

In the form of a sand table and scene interaction, the investment center combines photoelectric equipment and scenes outside the window to give visitors a rich visual experience and to display the highlights of the Fengtai Innovation Center in a more comprehensive manner.

The person in charge of the innovation center introduced that as part of a park focusing on smart industries, the internal environment of the office area is also full of style and innovative elements.

The 45m column spacing and 3+2 aerial meeting room uses a glass curtain wall for lighting, which is transparent and bright. The panoramic floor has a wide field of vision, overlooking the central greenery in the industrial park, and providing a distant view of its south central axis.
