The signing ceremony of the light and heavy assets cooperative operation of the South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park was held in Zhongguancun Development Group on April 12.

Four operating agencies - the China Association for Trade in Services, Zhongguancun Big Data Industry Alliance, Zhongguancun Integrated Circuit Design Park Company, and Zhongguancun Overseas Park Company - signed a cooperation agreement with the park. 

The initiative will promote the construction of the park into a world-class landmark of "science and technology + culture" and a new highland of the digital economy.

The South Central Axis International Culture and Technology Park has a significant location advantage and convenient transportation. It is adjacent to the South Third Ring Road, where Metro Lines 10 and 8 intersect, and is adjacent to Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Fengtai Station, Caoqiao Terminal, and Lize City Airline.

The total construction scale of the park reaches 190,000 square meters, of which the above-ground building scale is 136,000 square meters. 

It integrates multiple formats of "office + business + residence", providing diversified office space, more than 20,000 square meters of commercial facilities, and more than 400 sets of expert apartments, to build an accelerator for unicorn companies and attract domestic and foreign leading companies to settle in.
